Are you insured? Although, not required by the State of Florida, we went the extra mile to get the best insurance; however, it only covers injuries due to OUR negligence. It does not cover any injuries due to rough play, flips, improper supervision etc... Also, if you pick one up yourself, there is no insurance.
Can we pick it up from you? Absolutely not! All setups are done by trained Party Time Bounce LLC employees. Inflatables are very heavy and must be installed by a trained professional. They can be dangerous if set up improperly. People have been injured due to improper set ups. Also, if you were to pick it up, our (or their) insurance would be null & void. Don't be fooled by companies who will charge you two fees for delivery and setup. If we deliver, we setup.
Company "X" allows pickups. Why not you? The insurance companies state that "inflatables must be set up by trained "professionals"." If you wish to pick up from Company "X", insist on an onsite demonstration. Never accept anything less. Watching a 15-minute onsite video may work, but a sheet of paper isn't sufficient training. Also, Company "X" won't even give you a dolly to use to transport these. Any injuries you get from lugging these around will be up to you. The safety of the kids must be your first priority. At Party Time Bounce LLC, it's ours!
How safe are moonwalks? A lot safer than trampolenes! ALL of our units have inflatable steps and "sit down-slide out" entry ways. With Party Time Bounce LLC, you never have to hold the entrance shut or catch your children while they are falling out.
How much space do I need? About 17 x 17 square feet with 17 feet overhead clearance. A flat grassy surface is best, but we can set up on a very minor slope and only if the entrance is on the uphill side. We can set up on asphalt unless the surface is made with sea shells. These will cut through our tarps and also the inflatable.
I'm not sure if my yard is good, would you mind coming over to check it out? We'd be delighted! In the local area, we offer this service FREE OF CHARGE. Please select a spot clear of fireants, doggie droppings and sharp pine cones.
How/when do we pay? Do you need a deposit? Pay upon delivery, cash or check. No deposit is necessary. We do not accept any credit cards.
How many kids can play? This depends on the size of the unit and the age of the kids.
What if rain/wind is forecast? We generally won't set up if there is an over 60% chance of rain. We will call you on the morning of the event to see if you still want the rental. However, if we do set up, a few sprinkles won't hurt, but heavy rain can. Electricity and water don't mix good. Please, turn off and unplug the unit (at the house) and wait for the storm to pass. Moonwalks cannot be set up in winds exceeding 20 MPH. If the winds get strong, have the children get out and deflate the unit. We do not offer refunds based on weather after dropping off the inflatable.
Can you set up indoors? Yes, provided that the space is 17x17x17 with the ability to tie the moonwalk down.

Our lowest delivery rate is $25.00 ranging to $60.00. Our competitions rates range from $45.00 to $125.00 and beyond. $125.00 just isn't fair. Do the math and come back to us. Plus, peace of mind on every rental.
